House Savings Chart, House Payoff Chart, House Down Payment Chart, Debt Payoff Chart, Savings Goal Chart - 8.5 x 11 Size

We all want a house with no payment, right?! What better way to use this chart to work towards that goal! You can use it either to track progress on saving for a down payment, or to track progress on paying off that mortgage!

 - - You will receive 1 printed copy of this chart on 80lb white cardstock (not laminated) - - 

*****HOW TO USE THIS CHART:

1. Pick a GOAL amount you want to save (if you want to use it as a savings for down payment) OR calculate the total amount you have left to pay on your mortgage (round to the nearest $100). Document

2. Determine the frequency that you contribute (ex. weekly, monthly, etc.)

3. Calculate the amount that each balloon is worth by dividing the total GOAL amount by 180 (there are 180 balloons)

4. Document the dollar amount for each balloon, and pick a date to start

5. Color in a new balloon as you meet that goal! You can make it more fun by either putting the date in the balloon when you color, or change the colors up each week/month so you can see a trend towards your goal!
