- - You will receive 1 printed copy of this two page chart set on 80lb white cardstock (not laminated) - -
HOW TO USE THESE CHARTS:
1. Start with where you are currently at with your weight (document at the top of the chart) and then where you want to be (document at the bottom of the chart), then fill in the respective marks evenly. Mark your current weight with the corresponding month
2. Take measurements of each of the respective areas with a tape measure, and document. See the picture on the far right for areas to measure
3. Continue to track your progress and document your weight and measurements on the same day every month. Try to also take your weight and measurements at the same time of day every time (morning before breakfast is best)
